WHAT IS THE RENTAL INFORMATION?
Low Season 2021 - minimum 5 nights booking - 1 driver
Baileys & Bessacar - £100 + £25 Insurance per night (£625 for 5 nights)
CI - £75 + £25 Insurance per night (£500 for 5 nights)
High Season 2021 - minimum 5 nights booking April, May, June, minimum 7 nights booking July - October - 1 driver
Baileys & Bessacar - £120 + £25 Insurance per night (£725 for 5 nights, or £1015 for 7 nights)
CI - £100 + £25 insurance per night (£625 for 5 nights, £875 for 7 nights)
A non-refundable booking fee of £250.00 applies to all hire upon return of your contract, which will secure your booking.
Any/all additional hire charges must be paid one calendar month prior to collection or your booking can be cancelled and reallocated.
An additional/second driver is charged at £10 a night.
European Travel surcharge of £20 per day if you are going further afield. We charge this because of insurance costs incurred by ourselves for you to be covered.
We take a security Deposit of £500.00 and Insurance excess Deposit of £500.00* on the first day of your hire and provided you bring the vehicle in an acceptable state on your return we will make a refund on the same day.
(*Insurance excess deposit is set by the insurance company and can be up to £1000, please see terms & conditions for more information)
WHAT WILL I NEED PRIOR TO COLLECTION?
• Full hire to be paid one month before collection
• Sign and return the rental agreement
• DVLA licence code for all drivers by one week prior to the hire
• 2x Utility Bills dated in the 90 days prior to the hire date for all drivers
WHAT DOCUMENTATION IS ACCEPTABLE
The following documentation is acceptable for proof of address alongside the drivers licence
You must provide the following: -
• 1 utility bill / statement (primary form of proof)
• 1 of the documents listed below (secondary proof)
Key document criteria: -
• Both must be dated within 90 days of the hire date
• The address & name on your licence must match both documents
What is acceptable:-
• Utilities are as follows: Electricity, Water, Gas, Broadband, Council tax or Landline
1 of the following alongside a utility:-
• TV/internet/landline telephone bill (Including Sky/Virgin/BT etc)
• Bank or Credit Statement
• Credit card bill / statement
• Mortgage statement
What is declined:-
• Any document relating to insurance.
• Any document that does not meet the above mentioned criteria – please contact us if you are unsure.

IS SMOKING ALLOWED?
Smoking is strictly prohibited in our motorhomes. Charges will apply should any smell or evidence of smoking found in the vehicle.
DO I NEED A SPECIAL LICENCE?
Drivers must be over 25 years old and under 79 years old and hold a UK driving licence that enables them to drive a UK category B vehicle that has been held for a minimum of 2 years
WHAT ABOUT FUEL FOR MY JOURNEY?
A full tank of fuel is included so we ask you bring it back full on your return
DO THE MOTORHOMES COME WITH A GAS BOTTLE?
Yes, a bottle is included with your hire
DO YOU OFFER PARKING FOR MY VEHICLE?
Free secure parking is available for your car while you are away – this is at your own risk of course.
WHERE DO I COLLECT THE MOTORHOME?
Unit 4 Jeffs Farm, Thorpe Road, Chacombe, Banbury, OX17 2EW
CAN I COME AND SEE A MOTORHOME BEFORE I DECIDE TO BOOK?
Yes of course, you will just need to book an appointment to come and view.
CAN MORE THAN ONE PERSON DRIVE THE MOTORHOME?
Yes, and this is currently charged at an additional £10 per driver per day.
IS THERE A MILEAGE LIMIT?
No get away and enjoy your trip without restrictions.
However, it is strongly recommended that an additional driver is added to any hire exceeding 100 miles to avoid recovery costs being deducted from your deposit if, due to unforeseen circumstances, the one named driver is unable to continue your journey.
CAN WE GO OVERSEAS?
Yes but it needs to be booked in advance and there is an Additional Charge £20 per day.
WHAT IF WE HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE VAN?
We have breakdown cover in place and you will have our number to call 24hrs a day if you need help. There are information packs in each vehicle.
CAN I BRING MY PET?
Pets are not advised, but welcome within reason and when agreed and subject to a satisfactory vehicle inspection upon return to ensure no additional costs are incurred. We reserve the right to charge an additional £100 fee for bringing a pet, or for refusal, based on individual circumstances.
WHAT DO I PAY?
A deposit of £250 payable to secure the booking initially then the outstanding balance one month prior of collection.
The Insurance deposit is to be paid upon collection. Most major cards are accepted.
CAN I BRING AN APPLIANCE LIKE A HAIR DRYER OR PORTABLE DVD PLAYER?
Yes you have 240 volt power when connected to the mains supply at campsites that offer the facility.
HOW MAY PEOPLE CAN SLEEP IN THE VAN?
The Bailey 744 sleeps four adults, the Bailey 706 sleeps six adults, the Ci Carioca sleeps six adults, the Bessacar E560 sleeps four adults.
IS THERE ANY HEATING TO KEEP US WARM?
Yes all of our hire fleet are fitted with Gas Heaters.

IS BEDDING SUPPLIED?
Only as an extra, please see our optional extras on the “Our Motorhomes” page, we'd recommend that you bring your own.
HOW CAN I PAY?
We accept all major debit & credit cards excluding American Express, cheques (7 working days clearance), bank transfer and through our online customer portal. Sorry, we cannot accept cash.
WHAT CAN BE POWERED WITHOUT AN ELECTRIC HOOK-UP?
Your fridge, freezer, air and water heaters can all be powered by the gas supplied and we provide a stove kettle. Your lights and TV are powered by the leisure battery. Anything that requires a standard UK plug will not work from the leisure battery.
The Bailey motorhomes have USB power chargers built into the light sockets that can charge a mobile phone.
WHAT KITCHEN EQUIPMENT IS INCLUDED?
Wine glasses, tumblers, cups, dinner plates, side plates, bowls, cutlery, spatula, cooking spoon, tongs, turner, grater, tin opener, knife, potato peeler, corkscrew, electric & gas kettle, toaster, measuring jug, chopping boards, frying pan, 1x saucepan, plastic bowl (suitable for microwaving if supplied in the vehicle), colander, expandable bowl, oven tray, dustpan & brush, water bottle, leveller, fix & go automatic pump, warning triangle, electric hook up lead, antibacterial hose.

We are sympathetic and emphasise with our customers regarding the on-going coronavirus (Covid-19) uncertainty. We want to reassure you that we remain open, we welcome anyone who wishes to use us to continue their holiday or to self-isolate. We continue to deliver our same level of customer service while also considering the health and well-being of our customers and our team. Please note, currently our procedures found in our terms and conditions haven’t changed, however we have made some adaptions.
If you would prefer not to proceed with your motorhome booking, you can still continue to change your booking with no charge. This has always been the case with all existing and new bookings anyway and reflects no change in our terms. However, should there be an increase in hire charges then this will need to be paid, similarly we will refund any decreases, but we want to ensure you have the flexibility to amend your travel plans.
For those that would like to amend their booking dates, but do not know when would be suitable, we can issue you with a voucher for the value of your booking that can be put towards a future hire. This voucher will be valid for travel within 12 months of your original hire start date. For example, if you were due to hire from 01 June 2021, this voucher would expire 01 June 2022.

You will be required to continue with your hire as per your hire terms detailed in your contract and on the terms and conditions page on our website. This is however subject to change as per government legislation.
As a responsible business we naturally maintain extremely high standards for motorhome cleanliness. Our procedures adhere to all guidelines provided by official health authorities on COVID-19 and we are confident of customer safety within our motorhomes.
We operation standard hygiene practices, including hand cleanliness, maintaining appropriate distance, and avoiding unnecessary contact with others. These practices are to provide added security to both our staff and customers.
